What happened between Nestlé and Greenpeace
On Wednesday, March 17th, Nestlé asked Youtube to remove the Have a break Kit Kat ad from Greenpeace UK. The ad quickly made its way to Vimeo where it became a hit due to the censorship from Nestlé.
The activist organization is calling upon Nestlé to stop buying Palm oil from companies destroying the rain forest in Indonesia and therefore, endangering the Orangoutans habitat.
In a matter of a few hours, the Nestlé Facebook page had been flooded with consumer's angry at the multi-national. Began a ping-pong match between Nestlé's Facebook page moderator and the "fans". Read the rest here
